Seven days to decide
If the books are not right for you, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will refund the amount you paid for your order in full. You do not need to demonstrate a defect or provide a detailed explanation. You may keep already downloaded copies for your personal use.
How to request your refund
Email [email protected] or use our contact form. Include the email used at checkout and, if available, your order reference. Please do not send card numbers, payment addresses, passwords or identity documents.
After seven days
Requests received on days 8–14 are reviewed individually. You can also contact us for a missing file, duplicate purchase or download problem so we can help. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Processing and downloads
Refunds are processed through Whop back to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Online download access may be revoked after a refund or dispute; the permission to retain previously downloaded personal-use copies under the seven-day guarantee still applies. Files may not be resold or publicly shared.
