Her Home Design uses your checkout email and order identifier to verify your purchase, deliver the correct books and help with your order.
Whop processes payments. Cloudflare hosts this site and its delivery database. Resend sends delivery emails and receives support messages. We do not store full card details.
Private download links identify an eligible order. Keep them private. They are not included in public analytics. Contact and recovery forms use limited request records to prevent abuse and retry failed delivery; completed form records are removed from the site queue after seven days. Order records remain available for fulfillment and support.
We use a secure checkout cookie to connect this browser to its verified order. It lasts up to 24 hours. We count aggregate offer clicks, checkout openings and verified payments without putting buyer emails or download links into those counts. These are event counts, not unique-visitor statistics. We do not sell your personal information or automatically add you to a marketing list when you buy.
We collect information you submit through checkout, contact and recovery forms, and limited technical request information for delivery, abuse prevention and reliability. We use this information to fulfill your purchase, answer questions and maintain the service. Service providers may process it outside your country with their applicable safeguards.
Retention depends on the purpose: order records remain as needed for delivery, refunds, accounting and applicable requirements; support correspondence remains as needed to resolve requests. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
Order records include the checkout email, payment and plan identifiers, purchased-file entitlement, delivery status and timestamps. Checkout browser bindings and request identifiers used for abuse controls are hashed. A private download link works like a key: anyone who has it may access the eligible order, so do not publish or share it. The recovery form gives the same response whether or not an order is found, and sends eligible links only to the verified checkout address.
